New Investor Portal

Overview: We are thrilled to announce some exciting enhancements that will be coming to your online Investor Portal this weekend. Based on feedback from many investors, we have made a number of improvements, which we look forward to sharing with you.

We are introducing a fresh new look with an improved user-friendly interface. Our new design has been crafted to enhance your overall navigation and make it easier to find what you're looking for.

We are also excited to announce that our app is getting a major upgrade. The new and improved app is fully functional and provides a seamless experience across different devices. You will now be able to generate several reports on your portfolio including performance, transactions and fees. You will be able to change model portfolios, make withdrawals and open a new account.

The new mobile app is expected to be available shortly after the Investor Portal goes live. The exact timing depends on how long it takes both Apple and Android to test and approve the app but we envisage anywhere from 2 days to one week. Once approved, the app will either automatically download (if you have allowed automatic downloads on your mobile device) or need to be updated in the app store. We will inform you when the new app is available.

Please note that there will be some downtime this weekend restricting your ability to login to your Investor Portal. There may also be some login and functionality issues with your existing app between the time the new Investor Portal goes live and the time the new app is available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We value your feedback and appreciate your continued support and are confident that the new investor portal and app will greatly enhance your investor experience.  Please reach out if you have any questions or need any assistance.

Best regards,
